IEEE GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) is a peer group of recent graduates and young engineers. The purpose of GOLD is to help young engineers bridge the transition from school to work life. GOLD gives young engineers an opportunity to network with their colleagues and attend events pertaining to their interest.

Anyone who has graduated from University within last decade automatically becomes a member of GOLD.
