Details:

Mr Andrew Tesla of Brush After-Market GMS will present an overview of sensors, systems and software currently available to owners and operators of large hydro-electric, Steam Turbine and Combustion Turbine generators.

The purpose of this presentation is to introduce the products, focus on the deterioration mechanisms they are design to identify, as well the implications for installation and possible short comings, all as relates to large scale rotating electrical generators and motors.

The presentation will cover current technologies being developed by a number of manufacturing and development companies which produce large scale rotating electrical generators and motors. It will include both widely used devices as well as newer innovations.

Mr Tesla has over 25 years of experience in power generation management and operations with focus on condition monitoring technologies utilized on large rotating machines. Andrew currently represents Brush Electric machines in Canada which includes generators, transformers and switchgear.
